What is the Free Original Burger On Us promotion?

From November 10th – December 31st, 2025, for every $30 Gift Card purchased, you receive a coupon for a complimentary Original Burger that can be redeemed between January 1st and February 28th, 2026.

 

What are the terms and conditions of the Original Burger On Us coupon?

The coupon is valid between January 1st – February 28th, 2026. Redeemable for dine-in and takeout only (not valid for delivery). One coupon per visit. No cash value. No minimum purchase. Topics and substitutions extra.

How do I buy a gift card?

You can purchase a Triple O’s gift card at any participating Triple O’s location.

How do I pay for my gift card?

Gift cards are available for purchase at all Triple O’s locations and we accept cash, credit card, or debit card.

What if I want to buy multiple gift cards?

No problem. You can purchase gift cards in any denomination and there is no minimum amount.

When will I receive my gift card order?

Gift cards may also be purchased at any White Spot or Triple O’s location directly.

Where can I use my gift card?

You can use your gift card at any Triple O’s Restaurant with the exception of colleges/universities, YVR, BC Ferries, Pacific Coliseum, Playland, Rogers Arena and Aldergrove Waterpark.

How do I reload my gift card?

Visit any participating Triple O’s restaurant to reload your gift card.

Does Triple O's charge any fee or deduct from my balance for non-use of a gift card?

No. Triple O’s does not deduct any amount from the remaining card balance for non-use of a gift card.

Who is Eigen & XDine?

Triple O’s gift cards purchased online are completed through an approved vendor’s proprietary software. Eigen is the vendor. XDine is the software platform.
