Triple O’s “On the Go” is looking for a high energy, guest focused Assistant General Manager to be part of our exciting mobile kitchen concept. Our “On the Go” mobile kitchen visits events around the Lower Mainland, such as fireworks, festivals, sporting events, golf tournaments, small and large community events and private catering occasions. We are looking for a positive, energetic manager who enjoys working with the public, can thrive in a fast-paced environment and have flexible availability.

As a Manager, you will drive the “On the Go” food truck and the team to events and play a key role in leading the management team and overseeing & coordinating the events of the day.

In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, Assistant General Managers are responsible for:

  • Working “hands-on” with the team
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
  • Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always
  • Hiring and training their staff
  • Promoting their operation in the local market
  • Developing and meeting financial plans

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience * Experience in the food service industry * Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * A proven record of training and developing a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High energy and enthusiasm * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Must have a class 5 drivers license
